Senior RPA Developer / Power Automate Developer – Contract
Outside IR35 | Sussex (2 days/week onsite, flexible for the right candidate) | ASAP start (October)
Our client, a major player in Financial Services/Insurance, is moving away from Blue Prism and migrating its automation estate to Power Automate Desktop Flows. They’re looking for an experienced RPA Developer to lead the lift-and-shift of existing processes into the new platform.
The Role
You’ll work closely with an in-house team of Blue Prism-experienced RPA Developers (plus a development team based in India) to assess and migrate existing automations, ensuring Power Automate is the right fit for each process before rebuilding it. This is a hands-on migration role requiring strong Power Automate expertise to complement the team’s existing Blue Prism knowledge.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
