A close client for over 9 years is looking to bring onboard a Pre-Sales, Solution Engineer / Solution Evangelist to support the sales team in identifying, shaping and selling AI and automation solutions.
This is a client-facing role for someone who is technically capable, commercially minded and an engaging personality, with the ability to understand a customer's business, identify where automation or AI can create value, and turn those opportunities into compelling solutions and business cases. The sales team will identify the customer and opportunity; this role will help determine what we should sell and why the customer should buy it.
We are looking for someone with approximately 5-8 years' experience, ideally including time working within an operating business rather than solely for technology vendors or consultancies. Strong knowledge of UiPath and RPA is important, together with a good understanding of the direction of AI, GenAI and LLM-based solutions. The role is roughly 60% technical / solution focused and 40% commercial / client engagement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
