RPA Support Specialist
We are adding an RPA Support Specialist to our team to help manage the automated processes we have built for our clients. A large London-based consultancy is one of our primary partners in this area, and you will spend much of your time ensuring their background tasks and data transfers run without a hitch. This role is about maintaining reliability and making sure that the automation scripts we deploy continue to function correctly as systems and data formats evolve. It is a full-time, permanent position that is carried out entirely remotely.
About Pixel Systems
Pixel Systems is a small, remote software agency that builds the tools teams actually use to run their businesses. We do not build social media apps or marketing sites. Instead, we focus on the practical stuff, like admin panels, CRM integrations, and the database migrations that people usually try to avoid. We believe that working code is better than a perfect plan that never ships. Our approach is straightforward: we provide fixed quotes, we do weekly demos, and we hand over everything when we are finished. We use reliable, well-tested technologies like Node, React, and Postgres because we want the software we build to be stable and easy to maintain. We are a senior team who prefer solving real operational headaches over chasing the latest trends.
The Role
In this role, you will be the first line of defense when an automated process encounters a problem. Automation is great until a third-party website changes its layout or an API starts returning an unexpected error. You will monitor the health of these bots, review logs to find where a process failed, and perform manual overrides or data corrections when necessary to keep the consultancy's operations moving. This is not about building complex AI architectures, it is about the daily work of moving data between systems and cleaning up small errors before they become big problems. You will work closely with our developers to document recurring issues so we can improve the scripts over time. The role is paid, and the compensation is competitive for the entry-level market, reflecting the importance of keeping our clients systems running smoothly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Working at Pixel Systems
Working here is different from a typical corporate environment. We are a fully remote company, which means we value clear written communication and trust each other to get the work done without constant meetings. Because we are a small team, there are no layers of middle management to navigate. You will see the direct result of your work every day as you help warehouse managers, operations teams, and consultants get their data where it needs to go. We value honesty and pragmatism. If a tool is broken, we fix it. If a process is unnecessary, we cut it. It is a stable environment where you can learn the fundamentals of software support and automation from a team of experienced developers. We pride ourselves on being the team that people call when they need their software to just work. We handle the unglamorous but essential tasks that keep businesses functional. If you prefer steady, meaningful work and a quiet, professional remote atmosphere, you will likely enjoy the way we operate at Pixel Systems. We focus on shipping code that solves problems and building long-term relationships with our clients through reliable service.
