RTA Solicitor / RTA Fee Earner
Liverpool
A well-established and rapidly expanding law firm in Liverpool is seeking an experienced RTA Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner to join its growing Personal Injury team. Due to continued success and an increasing volume of quality work, the firm is looking to strengthen its RTA department with the appointment of a skilled file handler who can manage a caseload of litigated matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking firm that is continuing to invest in its people and future growth.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Fast Track RTA claims, handling matters from instruction through to settlement or trial where required.

- Managing a caseload of Fast Track RTA files.
- Handling off-portal litigated claims from start to finish.
- Drafting court documents and witness statements.
- Reviewing medical evidence and schedules of loss.
- Conducting negotiations with insurers and third-party solicitors.
- Ensuring excellent client care throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
- Achieving key performance and quality targets.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience handling a caseload of Fast Track RTA claims.
- Proven experience managing off-portal litigated files independently.
- Strong understanding of the litigation process and Civil Procedure Rules.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a busy and supportive team environment.
