Are you a RTITB Qualified MHE Instructor? Would you like to work for one of the UK’s largest Retailers?

From humble beginnings in Blackpool, B&M has grown into one of the UK’s leading variety and discount retailers. With over 750 stores, 35,000 colleagues, and more than 4 million customers visiting every week, our growth story is something we’re proud of.

Our Group now includes Heron Foods and B&M France, as we continue to expand across the UK and beyond. None of this would be possible without our “Best in Class” warehousing and logistics teams - the heartbeat of our business, keeping our shelves stocked and our customers happy.

We are currently searching for a RTITB qualified instructor to join B&M in our Distribution Centre in Speke, Liverpool.

The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00

This is a hands-on, physical role, where you will be providing best-in-class training to our colleagues across the warehouse. You will then be delivering LLOP, PPT, CB and Reach Truck assessments, in line with company and external guidelines. When you are not training, you will be working in the warehouse ensuring KPIs are met.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
