Business Area: Finance and Accounting

Contract Type: Fixed Term Full Time Salary: £55,000 - £68,000 Workplace: Media City, Manchester + Hybrid Closing Date: 20th October 2026

The Role

The Record to Report (RTR) function operates at the core of Finance Operations, maintaining overall accounting integrity and driving continuous process improvements across ITV’s global entities. Within RTR, the Intercompany team takes ownership of complex global reconciliations, net balance reporting, and settlement procedures. Operating in a digital-first, collaborative shared services environment, our team thrives on automation, standardisation, and driving a non-blame culture while supporting major organisational changes, including the M&E separation.

The Role

We’re looking for a RTR Manager - Intercompany to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. Reporting directly to the Head of RTR, you will lead an intercompany team of 2 direct reports (RTR Accountants and Assistant Accountants).

In this key leadership role, you will manage the monthly production of comprehensive intercompany reconciliations across all ITV global entities on Oracle Fusion, conducting thorough investigations to resolve complex variances. You will deliver complete visibility into intercompany trading across both UK and international counterparties, guarantee prompt settlements, and lead the team through operational adjustments stemming from the M&E separation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
