The team operates at the core of Finance Operations, maintaining overall accounting integrity and driving continuous process improvements across ITV’s global entities. Within Record to Report (RTR), the Intercompany team takes ownership of complex global reconciliations, net balance reporting, and settlement procedures.
The role
We’re looking for a RTR Manager - Intercompany to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. Reporting directly to the Head of RTR, you will lead an intercompany team of 2 direct reports (RTR Accountants and Assistant Accountants).

You will deliver complete visibility into intercompany trading across both UK and international counterparties, guarantee prompt settlements, and lead the team through operational adjustments stemming from the M&E separation.
Key responsibilities

- Performing detailed intercompany reconciliations across UK Fusion entities, rigorously investigating and resolving complex variances and discrepancies.
- Processing intercompany settlement and elimination journals within the Oracle Fusion ERP system and Oracle Intercompany Workbench.
- Ensuring intercompany processes are consistent, fully compliant, efficient, and aligned with accounting standards and internal control frameworks.
- Acting as a key point of contact for external audit activities, providing intercompany documentation and technical explanations.
- Championing standardisation and automation by testing regular ERP SaaS releases, leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities, and optimising close activities.
- Line managing and developing a team of 2, conducting regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews aligned with Finance Operations strategy.
- Supporting the Head of Department (HoD) on ad-hoc intercompany projects, analysis, and cross-pillar operational support as needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
