Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Assistant. As a RTW Senior Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting customers in finding the perfect products
  • Handling transactions
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets
  • Providing product knowledge and styling advice to customers

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and styling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
