Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Assistant. As a RTW Senior Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting customers in finding the perfect products
- Handling transactions
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets
- Providing product knowledge and styling advice to customers

Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styling
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
