🚀 Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer
💷 £60,000 – £65,000
📍 Remote anywhere in the UK
We're hiring an experienced Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to take genuine end-to-end ownership of a growing healthcare platform used to support thousands of people across the UK.
This isn't a role where you'll own one small component within a huge engineering team. You'll be joining a growing digital function and taking ownership of a suite of in-house products built on Ruby on Rails, with the freedom to influence architecture, technical standards and how the platform evolves as the organisation continues to scale.

You'll be working across the full product lifecycle - building new functionality, improving existing systems, managing integrations and APIs, supporting production environments and helping bring more of the platform's technical ownership in-house.
We're particularly interested in developers who have:
- Strong commercial Ruby on Rails experience
- Worked across both backend and frontend development
- Built and integrated REST APIs
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Exposure to AWS and/or Heroku
- Confidence working with Git / GitHub and modern development practices
- The ability to take ownership of a product with minimal oversight

Experience within healthcare, regulated environments, security, authentication, CI/CD or native mobile integrations would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
