🚀 Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)
📍 Fully Remote (UK)
💰 £45,000–£50,000 + 4% bonus + great benefits
Fast growing fintech organisation is expanding its engineering team, and we are looking for a talented Ruby on Rails Software Engineer. You will help build the next generation of merchant focused financial products.

- Building and maintaining production grade Rails applications
- Designing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Writing automated tests to ensure quality and reliability
- Collaborating across small, high trust engineering teams
⭐ Tech & Skills required
- 3–5 years’ experience building real world Ruby on Rails applications
- Strong OO design + MVC fundamentals
- Confidence with REST APIs, relational databases and automated testing
- A proactive, curious engineer who loves solving problems
- Someone who thrives in both solo and collaborative environments
- React/JavaScript experience is a bonus — but not essential.
