Key Purpose: To support and deliver high standards of rugby training sessions, attend fixtures, and implement individual development plans for all players.

- Plan, lead and deliver high-quality rugby coaching sessions aligned with RFU principles, developing technical, tactical, physical, and psychosocial aspects of performance.
- Deliver sessions in line with long-term player development models and ensure a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Coach on match days and provide appropriate feedback to players.
- Evaluate coaching sessions to ensure continuous improvement and inclusivity.
- Prepare and manage matchday logistics including fixtures, kit, and equipment.
- Submit fixture results and player data in line with league or competition requirements.
- Write short match reports for marketing and promotion purposes.
- Support coaching delivery within the Bath Rugby Academy as directed by the Head of Academy (Bath Rugby) and Director of Sports Academies (Bath College).

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- RFU Level 2 Coaching Qualification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Relevant First Aid Qualification
