About the Company

An internationally recognised business, committed to developing a diverse range of livestock nutrition products aimed at enhancing productivity. Investing heavily in research and development, the business is at the forefront of cutting-edge advances in the sector, actively responding to the needs of farmers.

About the Role

Ready to take your ruminant nutrition expertise to the next level in a role that blends autonomy, influence, and innovation? The UK Technical Ruminant Manager role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking, innovation-led business in a role that combines technical knowledge with commercial success. Operating in a fully remote capacity, you will divide your time between home working and travelling across the UK, building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Leveraging your ruminant nutrition expertise, you will deliver practical, solutions-based technical support, working closely with farmers to understand their challenges and partnering with the sales team to provide effective, on-farm solutions. You will also lead trials and build strong, trusted relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry influencers to support regional growth and performance.

Success in this role requires a strong technical background in ruminant nutrition, experience within the dairy sector, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to problem-solve and collaborate to deliver results. If you are looking for a new challenge where you can apply your technical expertise, bring a proactive mindset, and contribute to continuous improvement and performance within the sector, please get in touch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
