About The Role

Our next generation Production Hub, located in The Westworks building, is a leading media hub specialising in remote production. We are looking for a new runner to join this dynamic, fast-paced environment, working closely with our engineering, resource, and bookings teams.

As a runner, you will assist with various tasks to ensure the seamless operation of our facility and provide essential support to clients during live productions. Your duties may include administrative tasks, stock management, handling food and beverages, and other general responsibilities.

The work location will predominantly be our Westworks facility. However, as we are a global operator and to encourage the development of our staff, our Runners may be, from time to time, deployed to support other projects.

  • Supporting the Front Office team in ensuring client experience is the best it can be
  • Proactively approaching client delivery to suit individual clients needs
  • Contributing to a positive team dynamic and fostering a friendly but efficient work environment
  • Operating and managing the client shuttle van. And driving for errands when needed
  • Setting up and providing refreshments for meetings and the facility
  • Replenishing stock and managing food orders and receipts
  • Ensuring production areas are kept clean and organised
  • Assisting the technology team with production setups
  • Providing administrative support to the resource and bookings teams
  • Covering reception duties when necessary. This includes booking parking requests, ensuring access requests are met, and receiving deliveries
  • Performing any additional tasks as required
  • Acting as a Fire Marshal and First Aid representative at the facility (training will be provided if certification is not already held).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
