We have recently opened a brand-new restaurant, 74 Duke, in Mayfair and are looking for skilled, energetic, and passionate Runners to support our front-of-house team and ensure seamless, high-quality service throughout every shift.
74 Duke is a beautifully designed space offering an exceptional dining experience, combining high-quality French cuisine in a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere from morning to night.
This exciting new opening is the latest addition to BVC Hospitality, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognised food concepts, including NAC, Crème, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Hospitality is renowned for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious new concept at 74 Duke, working closely with senior management to create a standout hospitality experience.
Position Summary
As a Runner at 74 Duke, you will play a key role in maintaining the flow of service by supporting the waitstaff and ensuring food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately. Your efficiency, attention to detail, and team-first attitude will directly contribute to the overall guest experience.

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in every task, and understand that outstanding service relies on teamwork and precision behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist waiters in delivering food and beverages to guests efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and presented to the highest standard.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain a smooth service.
- Clear and reset tables quickly and cleanly between guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service stations, dining areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Anticipate the needs of the team and guests, proactively offering assistance.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Support the team with any other tasks necessary to enhance guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential — we value attitude, energy, and reliability.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a high-energy environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours.
