We are now looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Runner to join our amazing team in the Bars at Sky Garden.

As a Runner, you would play a key role in supporting the smooth day to day operation of the bar and floor team. The successful Runner would be responsible for delivering food and nibbles to guests efficiently, preparing coffees to a high standard, and ensuring the service stations are fully stocked with plates, cutlery, and essentials throughout service.

The successful Runner would be working within a large team of talented front of house staff including waiters, baristas, hosts, and cocktail bartenders.

Suitable candidates must be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast paced environment and have a positive, team-focused attitude with a strong attention to detail.

What You Need

The ideal person would have worked in a busy, fast paced restaurant or bar environment.

  • A proactive and energetic personality with a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A great team player who is always willing to support the wider team during service.
