Big Mamma Group
Big Mamma Group is an Italian restaurant company founded in 2015 by Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger with one simple dream: changing people's lives with pizza.
In the UK & Ireland, that dream lives in 9 restaurants across 4 cities: Gloria, Ave Mario, Circolo Popolare, Barbarella, Carlotta and Jacuzzi in London, Circolo Popolare in Manchester, La Bellezza in Birmingham, and Gloria in Dublin.
Every plate is 100% homemade, every space is jaw-dropping, and every table gets a huge smile at a fair price.
We believe hospitality is a real career, and we're on the hunt for talents ready to grow with us and bring their own crazy love for Italian food to the Squadra.
We’re now looking for a passionate Runner to join our team!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
