At Gino D’Acampo restaurant in Leeds, we believe great dining is about more than just exceptional food — it’s about creating a memorable experience for every guest. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a vibrant Italian restaurant environment where teamwork, energy and outstanding service are at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Food Runner to support the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. You will play an important role between the kitchen and front-of-house team, ensuring dishes reach our guests promptly, accurately and presented to the highest standard.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests' tables quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure dishes are presented correctly and match the orders before leaving the kitchen.
  • Work closely with chefs, waiters and the wider restaurant team to maintain a smooth service.
  • Support the waiting team during busy periods and help ensure guests receive an excellent dining experience.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
  • Clear and reset tables when required.
  • Communicate clearly with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Respond positively to guest requests and assist wherever needed.
  • Follow all food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
  • Help create a welcoming, energetic and professional atmosphere for every guest.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • A friendly and professional manner.

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is desirable, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
