Studio Runner

Studio Runners are at the heart of our Studio Operations team, keeping our studio running smoothly and supporting everyone in it — from Production and Crewing to Tech and beyond. Whether you've just graduated or you're looking for a change of direction, this is one of the best ways into VFX: we invest seriously in our people, and this role can open doors into a career across some genuinely exciting film and TV projects.

You'll get to know every corner of the studio and the brilliant, wide-ranging crew who make it what it is — a fantastic way to learn how a VFX studio really works, from the inside out.

We'll keep you busy with

  • Giving every visiting client and guest a brilliant, warm welcome
  • Creating a friendly, sociable atmosphere for everyone working from the studio
  • Covering shifts in line with studio opening and closing hours, including the front desk
  • Working with the Office Coordinator to keep the studio well stocked, and meeting rooms and shared spaces guest-ready
  • Keeping kitchens and communal areas clean, tidy and fully stocked
  • Brainstorming event ideas with the Studio & Culture team, and helping plan and run them
  • Gathering and sharing feedback to keep improving our working environment
  • Organising deliveries and pickups
  • Supporting Production teams during important client meetings
  • Helping Production place post-show merchandise orders
  • Providing general administrative support across the studio
  • Taking notes in company meetings

Requirements
