Food Runner (Back of House Support)
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our team at Bricco e Bacco London. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high standards while being a strong team player.

Role Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen team by ensuring timely delivery of equipment, ingredients, and dishes during service
- Assist with preparation before service, including mise en place
- Organise and maintain napkins, cutlery, and service stations
- Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all back-of-house areas
- Assist with any additional duties required to support efficient kitchen operations

Requirements
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or customer service is preferred (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
