About Aberdeen & Northern Estates (ANE)
Aberdeen & Northern Estates (ANE) is a highly experienced and multi-disciplined chartered surveying firm providing a comprehensive range of professional rural property services throughout North and Northeast Scotland. As part of the ANM Group, ANE boasts an extensive and diverse portfolio of work, spanning rural property sales, red book valuations, utilities & compensation claims, agricultural landlord & tenant matters and all aspects of rural surveying.
Position Available
To support our increasing presence and range of work, we are looking to appoint a new member to our team with a primary focus on rural valuation work and sales but with involvement in all aspects of rural consultancy. The successful candidate will be an experienced and fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS Registered Valuer. A fellow/member of CAAV with post-qualified experience would be desirable. A graduate Surveyor undertaking the rural APC pathway may also be considered.
