The Opportunity

Join a highly respected national rural surveying and consultancy practice with an established reputation for providing trusted, strategic advice to landowners, estates, farmers, and institutional clients.

As part of the growing Rural Consultancy team in Norwich, you'll work across a diverse portfolio of rural property matters, providing expert advice that directly influences land, property, and asset decisions.

You'll be involved in:

  • Compulsory purchase & compensation
  • Rural estate & land management
  • Valuation
  • Property & land law
  • Strategic asset and business management
  • Client advisory work
  • Business development & relationship management

What We're Looking For

  • MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor
  • Strong rural property/agricultural experience
  • Technical knowledge across valuation, land management, and compulsory purchase
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Commercially minded, organised, and able to work autonomously
  • Someone keen to develop their career within a progressive rural practice
  • Location: Norwich
  • Salary: £38,000-£42,000 basic, dependent on experience
