Beach Baker is working exclusively with Woolley & Wallis, a highly regarded independent property business with an established reputation across rural property, planning, valuation and estate management.
The firm advises private estates, landowners, farmers, investors and businesses throughout Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire and the surrounding region. As the Rural Professional team continues to grow, we are looking to speak with talented property professionals at different stages of their careers.
Assistant Rural Surveyor
Location: Salisbury
An immediate opportunity is available for a Graduate Rural Surveyor, APC candidate or recently qualified surveyor looking to build their career within a respected rural practice.
Working closely with senior colleagues, you will gain broad exposure to rural professional work and the day-to-day operation of a busy rural department. The position offers an excellent platform for someone who wants to accelerate their professional development, broaden their experience and work towards greater responsibility within a supportive team.

Alongside the Assistant Rural Surveyor appointment, Woolley & Wallis is keen to hear from experienced professionals working across the following areas:
Rural Valuation
Opportunities are available for experienced valuers interested in undertaking predominantly rural valuation work across a diverse range of property and asset types.
Rural Planning
We would welcome conversations with planners who have rural and/or town planning experience and are interested in advising clients on a varied portfolio of projects across the region.
Rural Estate Management
There are also opportunities for newly qualified through to experienced surveyors with an interest in managing rural estates and commercial property interests.
