My client is a highly respected rural property consultancy with a strong presence across the South. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious Director or Senior Associate Director to join their Estate Management team, based from their Salisbury office.
This is a senior opportunity for an experienced rural professional with strong technical, commercial, client relationship and business development skills.
Location: Wiltshire
The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in growing the Estate Management service across Wiltshire, Dorset and North Somerset, working with established clients while developing new opportunities.
The role combines strategic estate management, client advisory work, business development and team leadership, with the opportunity to become a recognised adviser within the regional rural property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop trusted client relationships
- Provide strategic and practical estate management advice
- Drive growth of the Estate Management service
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Build your profile within the rural sector
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Collaborate across the wider business to deliver integrated solutions
- Contribute to business planning and Rural division growth
- Develop a strong network across the rural business community
- Represent the business in the market and generate new opportunities
- Embrace innovation, technology and data to improve client outcomes
- Help clients future-proof their estates and rural businesses

About You
- Extensive experience in estate management, rural consultancy or a related discipline
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge
- Proven experience advising rural estates, landowners and businesses
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience leading and developing teams
- MRICS or equivalent professional qualification
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and commercially focused
- Confident representing the business within the rural property market
- Strategic thinker with a practical, client-focused approach
