Your new company
You will be joining a respected multidisciplinary property and business consultancy operating across Northern England and Southern Scotland. The organisation has a team of over 70 professionals working from multiple offices, delivering innovative solutions across rural, residential, commercial and development sectors.
Your new role
As a Qualified Rural Surveyor (MRICS), you will work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert advice across rural estates, farms and landholdings. Your responsibilities will include estate management, valuations, landlord and tenant matters, diversification projects, compensation negotiations and strategic business planning. You will also mentor team members, generate new instructions and act on behalf of clients in the sale and acquisition of rural property.

What you'll need to succeed
You will bring strong practical agricultural knowledge, a passion for rural business, and the confidence to provide clear, reasoned professional advice. MRICS accreditation is essential, along with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a busy team, demonstrating energy, ambition and a thorough understanding of compliance and correct procedures. A full clean driving licence is required.
