Graduated from a Russell Group university and wondering what’s next?

Thinking about teaching, psychology, or a career working with young people?

Want to get paid to gain world-class school experience before your next big step?

Outstanding schools across London are searching for exceptional Russell Group graduates to join their teams as Graduate Teaching Assistants this September. These highly sought-after roles are designed for ambitious graduates who want to gain invaluable experience in education while working alongside some of the best teachers and school leaders in the country.

Whether your background is in English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Humanities, Languages, or STEM, these schools are looking for academically strong graduates with personality, confidence, and the drive to make a genuine impact.

This is not your average graduate role. You will become a key part of school life — supporting students academically, mentoring young people, leading interventions, and developing the skills needed for future careers in teaching, educational psychology, therapy, or leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
