We are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Russian-Speaking Business Assistant / Executive Assistant to support an international entrepreneur and private investor (UHNWI).

This is a high-level opportunity for a proactive, discreet, and highly organised professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment and providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and analytical support to a principal.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted point of contact, helping to manage priorities, coordinate key business activities, and ensure that important projects and commitments are followed through efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Principal's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating priorities.
  • Organising business meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions.
  • Coordinating communication with internal teams, consultants, investors, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Principal with key business projects and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems, databases, and contact lists.
  • Preparing business documents, presentations, correspondence, and reports.
  • Conducting research and gathering analytical information on companies, markets, potential partners, and investment opportunities.
  • Preparing and maintaining analytical spreadsheets, business reports, and presentations.
  • Translating and proofreading business documents and correspondence.
  • Providing high-level administrative and operational support across a broad range of business-related tasks.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

  • Previous experience within a technology company, start-up, fintech, or digital environment.
  • Understanding of business and investment processes.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working with BI and data analytics tools.
  • Strong experience preparing analytical materials and business reports for senior management.

Terms of work

  • Permanent, full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, office-based.
  • Location: Paddington, London.
  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience and discussed during the interview process.
  • Official employment.
  • 23 working days of annual leave.
