Russian-Speaking Client Relationship Manager (Remote)

We are a boutique UK-based travel and concierge company specialising in creating exceptional travel experiences for discerning clients. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Russian-speaking Client Relationship Manager to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client communications via chat and messaging platforms.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
  • Prepare travel quotations and make bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, restaurants, events, and attractions.
  • Handle last-minute requests and changes efficiently.
  • Support day-to-day back-office operations.
  • Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for every client.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
  • Preferably based in South America, as the role requires working until approximately 10:00 pm–11:00 pm UK time, however, all candidates will be considered who is happy to work these hours.
  • Willing to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to adapt to different clients and changing situations.
  • Professional, polite, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling urgent, last-minute requests.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Sabre GDS is an advantage.
