Role Overview

Limelight Nova, a leading Fashion Concierge company, urgently requires a self-motivated, ambitious, reliable, presentable Fashion & Luxury VIP Client Services & Sales Administrator who can be flexible during evenings and weekends. This role requires a fluent Russian speaker.

This is a very exciting job opportunity to work closely with celebrities and high-net-worth individuals and liaise with some of the most prestigious luxury fashion brands and retailers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal boutique shopping
  • Global sourcing of luxury items
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients daily
  • Updating of the integral database
  • Invoice management & maintaining a sales report
  • Expanding client base
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Acquire new clients via social media networking
  • General office administration

What Limelight Nova is Looking For

  • Fashion industry experience/knowledge
  • High level of spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • High level of numeracy
  • A positive approach to the workplace and always maintaining professional conduct
  • Good knowledge and understanding of online shopping, including PayPal, eBay, Amazon and general online purchasing and sourcing
  • Strong affinity with fashion and social media
  • Good knowledge of business correspondence & business ethics
  • Good knowledge of Google and other main search engines
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to be flexible during evenings and weekends
  • Proactive, highly organised and meticulous
  • Permission to work in the UK
