The Chancery Rosewood is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

We are inviting shortlisted candidates to attend an exclusive Flexible Food & Beverage Recruitment Day on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, where you will have the opportunity to explore flexible roles across our award-winning dining venues, including GSQ, Serra, Tobi Masa, Jacqueline and In Room Dining.
We are primarily looking for Flexible Waiters and Runners, while also considering exceptional candidates for other Food & Beverage opportunities across the hotel.

About You
- You are passionate about hospitality and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences
- Previous experience within a restaurant, bar, café or hospitality environment
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, personable and service focused
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
