Position Overview
The S4C Senior Process and Systems Integration Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end integration across business processes, systems, and technical components within the SAP S/4HANA program. This role acts as the key interface between IT and Business functions and ensures alignment and connectivity with other projects, legacy landscapes, and external systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to establish business process model across the different end-to-end processes.
- Supports Programme planning activities for all Programme phases (bottom up).
- Responsible to constant Issue and Risk Management on end-to-end related items and early escalation to Programme Management.
- Ensures close alignment with Business and IT Leads.
- Supports the alignment with other Convatec projects and initiatives together with Programme Management.
- Supports, prepares and facilitates decision making with the Design Control Board.
- Owns and manages all integration topics across the S4C Programme and connected systems.
- Define and maintain the overall integration governance framework across business and IT.
- Ensure end-to-end process consistency and alignment across all workstreams.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all integration-related matters between IT and Business.
- Oversee design, implementation, and validation of all system interfaces and integration points.
- Coordinate dependencies and data flows with adjacent programs and external systems.
- Drive alignment between business process design and system architecture for cross-functional processes.
- Manage and resolve cross-system integration issues and escalate where necessary.
- Ensure robust master and transactional data synchronization across systems.
- Maintain and update all integration documentation, including interface inventory and Design Control Board decision logs.
- Track integration dependencies, risks, and readiness across all project phases.
- Identify and drive opportunities for simplification and standardization arise from integration topics.
- Owns Scope and Change Request Management.
