Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.

About the job you’re considering

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Support Consultant to join our Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) team, supporting a highly secure and business-critical SAP environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of manufacturing and quality management operations, helping ensure that production processes run efficiently, issues are resolved quickly, and continuous improvements are delivered across the SAP landscape.

As part of Capgemini's ADM practice, you'll work alongside experienced SAP professionals responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing enterprise applications that underpin key operational capabilities. Our ADM teams focus on delivering service excellence, operational stability, and ongoing optimisation for some of the UK's most important programmes.

Your Role

  • Providing functional support for SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes
  • Managing and supporting production planning activities, including MRP, production orders, and manufacturing execution processes
  • Supporting quality inspections, defect management, notifications, and quality-related master data
  • Investigating and resolving shopfloor and manufacturing process issues to minimise operational disruption
  • Working closely with business users and other SAP functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end process execution
  • Supporting incidents, service requests, problem management, and system enhancements
  • Identifying opportunities to improve planning efficiency, quality controls, and process integration
  • Supporting integration between PP, QM, Materials Management (MM), and Plant Maintenance (PM)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
