Business Development Manager (PropTech SaaS)
Remote | North West / Manchester Region Sales Patch
£50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary | £90,000 - £100,000 OTE
Chapman Tate Associates are proud to be working with a leading PropTech SaaS provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the North West region.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology business that is transforming the way public sector organisations manage property, assets, and estates through an innovative cloud-based platform.
The Role
- Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities across the North West region.
- Sell a market-leading PropTech SaaS platform into public sector organisations.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to contract signature.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximise opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, New Business Sales, or similar role.
- Previous experience selling SaaS solutions.
- Experience selling into the Public Sector is essential.
- Strong track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working remotely.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience within PropTech, GovTech, Facilities Management Software, Asset Management Software, Housing Software, or related sectors would be highly advantageous.

What's on Offer?
- £50,000 - £60,000 base salary.
- Uncapped OTE of £90,000 - £100,000.
