The SaaS Channels Partner Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic channel partnerships to expand the reach of Worktual AI’s solutions. This full-time, on-site role based in London involves identifying and onboarding new channel partners, enabling them through training, joint go-to-market planning, and sales support. The person in this role will manage day-to-day partner relationships, monitor pipeline and performance, and coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building business plans with key partners
  • Forecasting and reporting on channel performance
  • Driving joint campaigns and co-selling activities
  • Gathering market and partner feedback to help shape channel strategy, refine partner programs, and improve value propositions for the AI solutions portfolio

Qualifications

  • Experience in channel-focused roles, including working with Channel Partners and driving Channel Sales within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong Sales and Account Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets through indirect channels.
  • Proficiency in Business Planning, including building joint business plans, setting targets, and managing predictable, data-driven partner pipelines.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to support partner needs and co-selling activities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and channel ecosystems; experience in AI, cloud, or enterprise software is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
