Client Delivery Consultant (SaaS Implementation)
At-a-Glance
- Join a growing tax and regulatory technology company delivering software implementations for major multinational clients
- Own client implementations from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live
- Great opportunity for a junior to mid-level implementation consultant to build enterprise client experience
- Hybrid working from a central Belfast office, minimum 3 days per week
- Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
- Two positions available, full training provided, no prior tax or accounting background required
About the Company
Our client is an established technology company that helps large multinational organisations meet complex global tax and regulatory reporting obligations. Their platform sits at the heart of Pillar Two compliance, a new worldwide tax regime that has created a significant and growing book of work across their client base. With offices in Belfast and London, they combine deep domain expertise with modern technology, and they invest properly in developing their people... several of their best delivery consultants joined without any prior tax knowledge at all.
The Role
This is a great next step for someone with SaaS implementation experience who wants to build a career working with major enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients to understand their requirements, ask the right questions when something doesn't add up, and translate what they need into technical implementations on the platform. The technology side is deliberately accessible... the SQL involved is not complex, and full training is provided, on both the platform and the tax and compliance context behind it. What matters most is a genuine track record delivering SaaS implementations, strong client communication skills, and the curiosity to learn a new domain.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
