Role Description
The SaaS Representative role is a full-time hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the representative will manage the full sales cycle for Ooh Marketing’s SaaS-based offerings, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and closing new business. They will maintain ongoing relationships with clients, provide onboarding support, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that SaaS solutions align with client objectives.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Managing a pipeline in CRM tools
- Responding to inbound inquiries
- Preparing proposals
- Gathering customer feedback to inform product and marketing improvements
The SaaS Representative will also monitor key performance metrics, contribute to sales forecasts, and support strategic initiatives to grow subscription revenue.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success, ideally within marketing, creative, or digital technology environments.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, provide consultative guidance, and handle customer concerns with professionalism.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and basic analytics to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex concepts simply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in or familiarity with digital marketing, AI-powered solutions, and creative services such as content creation, social media, and branding.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating with a cross-functional team of creatives, strategists, and technologists.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
