About Remindoo

Remindoo is an AI-powered practice management platform built specifically for UK accountancy and bookkeeping firms. We help practices manage clients, deadlines, workflows and growth in one place, with unlimited users and a platform that scales as firms grow.

Remindoo was founded by a Chartered Accountant who runs a UK practice, so our product is built by accountants, for accountants. We are now scaling our sales team and looking for a driven SaaS Sales Executive to bring Remindoo to accountancy firms across the UK.

The Role

You will own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed subscription. You will speak to accountants and practice owners every day, understand their workflow challenges, show them how Remindoo solves them, and close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outreach to accountants: Proactively reach out to accountancy and bookkeeping firms by phone, email and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities.
  • Inbound leads: Respond quickly to inbound demo requests and trial sign-ups, qualify them and move them through the pipeline.
  • Outbound leads: Work outbound lead lists and campaigns, follow up consistently and book discovery calls.
  • Product demos: Deliver engaging, tailored online demos of Remindoo to practice owners and managers, mapped to their firm's needs.
  • Closing: Handle objections, negotiate pricing and close new subscriptions against monthly targets.
  • Handover: Work with our onboarding team to ensure new customers get set up and see value quickly.
  • Market feedback: Share customer insights and feature requests with the product team.
  • CRM & reporting: Keep the CRM up to date and report on activity, pipeline, demos and revenue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
