About Aghadoe Group and Site Diary
Aghadoe Group creates practical digital solutions that make complex work in the field simpler, faster and more connected. Founded in 2011, the Group brings together several digital brands, including Site Diary, BatiScript, Kaligo, Kardi and KidoO.
For the construction and civil engineering sector, our mission is to help teams capture, manage and share critical project information wherever and whenever work happens. Through collaborative web and mobile software, we help professionals on site and in the office improve mobility, productivity, traceability, reporting and real-time collaboration.
Site Diary is an easy-to-use, secure platform that connects field and office teams through one centralised solution. It helps construction companies record site activity, manage defects, track tasks, produce reports, eliminate paperwork, reduce disputes and improve visibility across the project lifecycle.
Today, more than 1,000 companies use Site Diary worldwide. With a growing international client base across the UK, France, the USA and beyond, Aghadoe Group is now looking for an ambitious SaaS Sales Executive to accelerate growth in the UK and beyond construction technology market.
Role Purpose
The SaaS Sales Executive will be responsible for developing our pipeline and closing sales in the UK (and beyond) construction, civil engineering and infrastructure sectors
This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role combining prospecting, product demonstrations, trial conversion, closing and account expansion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
