About the role
FRAMEN is one of Europe’s fastest-growing Digital Outdoor Media networks, with 50+ employees working with leading brands and advertising agencies globally. We combine premium indoor environments, strong content context, and technology to deliver high-attention advertising experiences. We are looking for a competent and motivated SaaS Sales Manager (Digital Signage Software & Hardware) in London with a hunter mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in accelerating Framen’s next phase of growth in the UK
- Help to scale our digital signage footprint through a structured, repeatable SaaS sales approach
- Pure new-business role based in London
- Focus on outbound, pipeline building, and closing new clients across key verticals
- Responsible for driving new business across coworking, fitness, and hospitality sectors
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Work closely with the UK team, contribute to refining our go-to-market strategy
- Maintain full ownership of your pipeline and revenue targets
Job requirements
- Find new digital signage clients with your hunting sales strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, particularly in the Coworking, Fitness, and Hospitality sector
- Continuously monitor the market and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
- Tech-driven sales mindset and expertise for SaaS software + hardware sales business models
- Track record and contacts in the health club, hotel, and retail media sector

Your profile
- Proven track record of success in SaaS sales (digital signage and hardware)
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS (DOOH, Digital Signage industry)
- Communication at eye level, ability to work in a team as well as collegial commitment characterize you
- Ideally, with existing network in the Coworking, Fitness, and Hospitality industry
- Positive can-do and hands-on attitude with the ability to multitask
- Proactive, independent, and agile workflows are what your heart beats for
- Winning deals and commissions is what drives your daily hunter's mentality
- Professional working proficiency in English required, other languages are a plus
