A fast-growing AI software business is looking to appoint its first dedicated sales hire to help drive the next phase of commercial growth.

This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious technology company at an early stage, working directly alongside the founders to shape the commercial strategy, build the sales function and influence the future direction of the business. With an innovative AI platform already gaining traction, you'll play a pivotal role in winning new customers and helping establish the business as a leader within the AI and automation space.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven SaaS sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities from scratch and thriving in a startup environment where your contribution has a genuine impact.

  • Deliver engaging online demonstrations of the software platform
  • Build relationships with senior decision makers across multiple industries
  • Work closely with founders to shape commercial strategy and go-to-market plans
  • Identify customer challenges and position AI solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Refine sales processes, playbooks and best practices as the business grows
  • Collaborate with product and onboarding teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
