Business Development & Product Sales Partner | AI & Technology

Remote Worldwide | Commission-Based | Growth Opportunity

Company Description

BIL Enterprises is a London-based investment and development group operating across hospitality, technology, artificial intelligence, and digital ventures. We build, own, and operate businesses, software platforms, and AI-powered products within our own ecosystem. Through BIL Studio, our technology and development arm, we also develop AI systems and digital solutions for external businesses across industries.

As our portfolio expands, we're looking for ambitious commercial professionals to help introduce BIL's own products to international markets.

Role Description

WE'RE LOOKING FOR AMBITIOUS B2B SALES PROFESSIONALS WHO WANT TO GROW WITH US.

If you know how to open doors, build relationships, and turn opportunities into customers, we'd like to hear from you.

We're looking for independent Business Development & Product Sales Partners to help grow the customer base of products developed within the BIL ecosystem.

Your initial focus will be on our existing software and AI-powered products, identifying the right customers, building relationships, and generating sales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

But we don't believe in limiting ambitious people to a fixed job description. As BIL grows, individuals who demonstrate strong results, initiative, and commercial judgement may have opportunities to take on larger accounts, new products, additional markets, or broader business development responsibilities.

  • Identify and approach potential customers for BIL's products
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and follow up on opportunities
  • Manage your sales pipeline and work towards closing deals
  • Identify new market opportunities and share customer feedback with our team

You don't need to be a developer. You need to understand business problems, build trust, and communicate value.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote, worldwide opportunity
  • Commission-only commercial partnership, no fixed salary
  • Uncapped commission potential
  • Access to BIL's expanding portfolio of products
  • Product guidance and technical support
  • Freedom to develop your own market and customer relationships
  • Potential to grow into broader commercial responsibilities as the business expands

YOUR GROWTH DOESN'T HAVE TO STOP AT YOUR FIRST ROLE. We're building an international business, and we value people who bring ideas, take initiative, and create opportunities.

If you demonstrate the ability to build meaningful business, we're open to exploring how your role can develop alongside the company.

This is an independent, commission-based commercial partnership rather than a salaried employment position.
