  • Kom­mu­ni­ka­ti­on mit Kun­den, Lie­fe­ran­ten und in­ter­nen Fachbereichen
  • Er­stel­lung von Ein­satz­plä­nen, Tou­ren­op­ti­mie­rung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Be­ar­bei­tung von Auf­trä­gen, Be­stel­lun­gen und Reklamationen
  • Pfle­ge von Stamm­da­ten in den Sys­te­men, Re­port­ing und KPI-Überwachung
  • Un­ter­stüt­zung des Teams bei ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­ven Auf­ga­ben und Projektarbeiten

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ab­ge­schlos­se­ne kauf­män­ni­sche oder lo­gis­ti­sche Aus­bil­dung oder ver­gleich­ba­re Qualifikation
  • Ers­te Be­rufs­er­fah­rung in Disposition/ Logistik von Vorteil
  • Gu­te Kennt­nis­se in MS-Of­fice (insb. Excel)
  • Or­ga­ni­sa­ti­ons­stär­ke, ana­ly­ti­sches Den­ken und ei­ne struk­tu­rier­te Arbeitsweise
  • Kom­mu­ni­ka­ti­ons­fä­hig­keit, Ser­vice­ori­en­tie­rung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Be­last­bar­keit, Fle­xi­bi­li­tät und Be­reit­schaft zur Über­nah­me von Verantwortung
  • Deutsch­kennt­nis­se flie­ßend; Eng­lisch­kennt­nis­se wünschenswert
