We are seeking an experienced and motivated SACT Practice Educator to lead the education, training and professional development of the SACT team on SROMC.
The post holder, who must have proven SACT and teaching experience, will play a key role in ensuring the safe delivery of SACT through the development of a competent, confident and skilled workforce.
- Lead and deliver education and training for the SACT team
- Support and assess staff competencies in SACT
- Act as a clinical expert in the delivery of SACT
- Promote safe, evidence-based practice in line with national guidance (UKONS)
- Support workforce development, preceptorship, and ongoing professional education
- Involvement in audit, governance and service improvement initiatives
