Pushforward Secondary Education Ltd are seeking to appoint a Safeguarding Administrator.

The Pushforward Group of companies helps young people that don’t fit the standard one-size fits all academic system by providing an individualized programme that helps them feel confident, comfortable and find their spark.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for any parent/student that calls HO with queries and triage all calls for Safeguarding
  • Monitoring and analysing attendance and producing weekly reports for the Safeguarding team
  • Creating, checking, and being the first point of contact for Risk Assessments
  • Ensuring the database and any trackers are up to date on anything relating to Safeguarding
  • Ensuring the Safeguarding elements of onboarding of new students is completed
  • Assisting with the creation of Newsletter statistics and training information for staff
  • To minute the Safeguarding Meetings on a Wednesday on Form provided and to send to Safeguarding Assistant Director who will share with the team and Directors
  • Any other Safeguarding administration as required
