Bright Horizons is looking for a Safeguarding Insight Analyst to transform safeguarding, compliance and operational data into meaningful insights that drive better decision-making and strengthen safeguarding outcomes across our organisation.

You'll use Power BI, advanced Excel and analytical expertise to develop dashboards, identify trends, forecast risks and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Strong Power BI experience essential
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with reporting, dashboards and large datasets
- SQL and safeguarding/compliance experience desirable
