We’re seeking three Safeguarding Officers to join our dedicated Safeguarding Team at Clarion Housing Group. This role is at the heart of ensuring the safety and well-being of our vulnerable residents, and we value your compassion and commitment.
About the Role
As a Safeguarding Officer, you’ll report directly to the Safeguarding Lead and collaborate closely with the Head of Vulnerability. Together, you’ll work to understand the current issues affecting both social housing providers and our customers.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the Clarion Housing Group’s Safeguarding Register and CRM process, aligning your work with our Safeguarding Policy and Procedure. You’ll also work alongside our IT team to help uphold the integrity of our safeguarding reporting system.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Clarion Housing Group’s Safeguarding Register and CRM process.
- Align work with our Safeguarding Policy and Procedure.

Additional Information
- This is a hybrid role with a base location at one of our offices. Candidates will be expected to work flexibly between the office and home. You must have the ability to travel to London when required.
- The London pay scale will only apply to people who live within the M25. If you live outside the M25, your salary will be based on your location and aligned to a different pay scale as detailed above.
- Applicants must be able to travel across regions as required.
