About The Team...
Based at Time Square in Bracknell, our Hospital Team and Front Door Hub provide a dynamic and supportive environment where your expertise can have an immediate impact. As a Safeguarding Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with experienced colleagues and partner agencies to respond to safeguarding concerns, share information effectively and make timely, evidence-based decisions.

Key responsibilities...
As a Safeguarding Social Worker, Adult Social Care you will:
- Undertake safeguarding enquiries, whilst maintaining people’s choice and control, empowering adults within a risk enablement and strengths-based approach.
- Have a thorough understanding, knowledge and experience of working within the adult safeguarding arena, including: S42 enquiries, Making Safeguarding Personal and the Care Act (2014).
- Complete safeguarding work within the timeframe and guidance provided by Bracknell Forest Council.
- Coordinate and work effectively with the ward/MDT and family by providing professional advice in a timely manner to support hospital discharge.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage safeguarding alerts.
