Safety Compliance Consultant - 12-month fixed term contract

Due to continued expansion, we're happy to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Safety Compliance Consultant. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Horsforth.
Let's Talk About The Role
It involves:
- Managing property compliance requirements, ensuring Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs and other statutory safety checks are completed within required timescales.
- Monitoring certificate expiry dates and maintaining accurate compliance records across the property portfolio.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to arrange inspections and safety checks, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout the process.
- Advising landlords on upcoming compliance requirements and helping them meet their legal obligations.
- Processing contractor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and maintained.
- Managing smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm and other safety compliance documentation in line with current legislation.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to support the delivery of a professional and efficient compliance service.

We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Self-motivated and well organised, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work accurately while maintaining compliance records and deadlines.
- IT literate with experience using multiple systems and databases.
- Experience within property management, compliance, administration or a customer service environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
