Are you an experienced Health, Safety and Environment professional ready to make a real impact on critical infrastructure projects? Join UK Power Networks Services as a SHE Advisor and help shape a strong safety culture across the London Underground Limited Project and wider business operations.
Be a Trusted Expert
Reporting to the Lead SHE Advisor, you'll provide expert health, safety, sustainability and environmental advice to managers, employees, contractors and clients. You'll support the implementation of SHE policies and procedures, monitor compliance with legal and company requirements, maintain key client relationships and drive continuous improvement across the business.

- Participate in audits, inspections, behavioural observations and incident investigations
- Review method statements
- Support contractor performance
- Deliver SHE training and awareness activities
- Contribute to committees, forums and action teams focused on improving safety outcomes
Acting as a coach and advisor, you'll help ensure safe systems of work are followed while providing regular SHE performance reporting to management.

What We're Looking For
- SHE experience
- Minimum NEBOSH Certificate
- Valid UK driving licence
- Experience relevant to operational environments
- Previous rail industry experience is essential
- Ability to obtain rail access passes
- IOSH environmental qualifications
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good IT knowledge
