Are you looking for an opportunity to make a real impact, take on exciting challenges, and be part of a team that's shaping the future of aviation?

At Malloy Aeronautics, you'll play a key role in helping us develop innovative technology that's changing the way the world moves.

Who are we?

We're on a mission to revolutionise unmanned flight. At Malloy Aeronautics, we develop advanced heavy-lift UAVs for both defence and commercial applications.

What sets us apart is our in-house approach. From design and engineering to manufacturing and testing, the majority of our work happens under one roof in Berkshire, allowing us to innovate quickly, maintain exceptional quality, and bring ideas to life faster.

For our teams, that means hands-on involvement, real ownership, and the opportunity to help shape the future of aviation.

What are we looking for?

If you're motivated by the chance to influence change and build a culture where health, safety and wellbeing are genuinely valued, the SHE Manager role offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference by creating an environment where employees can thrive, work safely and contribute at their best every day.

Reporting to the Programmes & Business Operations Director, the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation and continual improvement of Malloy Aeronautics' SHE strategy, management systems and culture. The role provides both strategic leadership and operational support across engineering and manufacturing activities while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements and group standards. The position includes leadership of the SHE Committee, and close engagement with senior business leaders and group stakeholders.

This role provides a unique opportunity to shape and influence the future direction of SHE at one of the UK's most innovative autonomous aviation organisations.

The SHE Manager is a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and contributes to strategic decisions relating to business growth, facility development, operational readiness and organisational resilience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
