Are you a native British English speaker with a passion for data, safety, and digital culture?

We’re seeking a Safety Insights Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of AI safety evaluation. This role offers flexibility—work hybrid from London or fully remote within the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Support digital storefronts by providing language, cultural, and market expertise specific to the United Kingdom
  • Use statistical and computational methods to identify patterns in large datasets
  • Build dashboards, scripts, and workflows to streamline evaluation reporting
  • Translate qualitative findings into actionable insights
  • Develop dataset criteria and construct adversarial and stress-test datasets
  • Design evaluation frameworks that capture nuanced safety criteria, ensuring fidelity to safety policies
  • Contribute to the development of automated evaluation pipelines for large-scale model output analysis

Requirements

  • Native British English speaker (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields
  • Experience working with UK slang and colloquial language
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, Jupyter, etc.)
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Hands-on experience working with large datasets
  • Strong ability to translate qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights
  • Willing to work up to 8 pm UK time

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI systems
